Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Support Intern to join our team. As a technical support intern, you will assist with providing support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning about the latest technology and industry trends.

Job Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer inquiries
● Assist with diagnosing and resolving technical issues
● Document and track customer interactions and resolve issues
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
● Participate in training and development opportunities

Job Requirements:

● Currently enrolled or have finished in computer science, engineering or any related field of study
● Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
● Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
● Strong attention to detail
