We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant II located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Administrative Assistant II, you will provide advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer. Summarize content of incoming materials, specially gathered information, or meetings to assist executives. You will coordinate the submission of Compliance reports and handle a wide variety of administrative functions assigned by the unit, department or division.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; business school or associate degree or equivalent preferred
• Five years of administrative experience required; administrative experience in financial industry and/or mutual fund industry experience preferred
• Five or more years of administrative experience supporting a Compliance department preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and SharePoint required; experience with PowerPoint and Access is a plus
