Free Spa Receptionist

Meriton Spa is one of the finest and most luxurious spas in Sydney. We are proud partners with leading international skin care brands La Prairie and Australian Botanical brand Li’Tya. Spa features 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couples suites, a Moroccan Hammam chamber, steam room, Jacuzzi and fitness centre complete with a Kinesis wall.
About the role
Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for making and coordinating all spa reservations via email and telephone. This role includes addressing guest’s questions and completing spa confirmations. You will also be responsible for performing administration duties, payment processing and ensuring that the spa is presented flawlessly for all arriving guests, as well as providing an outstanding level of customer service.
