Free Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

What we are looking for?
Qualification
• Undergraduate, MBA HR or relevant certifications
Experience
• Preferably should have experience of working with direct accounts/clients/MSP/VMS and IT Recruitment
• Should have managed a team of 3 - 10 members
Abilities
• Good communication (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills
• An eye for attention to details, result driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Ability to source diverse talent, with prior experience to hire talent for fresher
• Working knowledge of social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends
• They must have a passion towards working in the HR domain

You will be a member of the HR Team in the I Learn Future office in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore. The position is office-based, with working hours ranging from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
