Amplifi Labs is a digital products development and staff augmentation shop. We help our customers at all stages of their product and growth lifecycle: from ideation to scaling.
Founded in the fourth quarter of 2018, Amplifi Labs has more than doubled in size every year since. Today, we are a team of over 20 and expect to grow substantially by the end of 2023. We are industry agnostic, with clients spanning diverse industries such as healthcare, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, etc. Our past and future success is critically hinged on our ability to nurture a culture of empathy, honesty, integrity, kindness, respect, and excellence. We are a flat organization, leading to better communication and relationships between our team as well as clients. Our people and our clients are our greatest assets.
We are seeking dynamic, motivated professionals to help expand our customer focused business throughout 2023 and beyond. Given our culture and focus on our people and customers, we believe that Amplifi Labs is poised to become an industry leader in bespoke software product development.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a doer. Your clients come first and you are committed to finding the best solutions for them, understanding that building long-term relationships far outweighs short-term personal gains. You’re a team player who is excited to be part of an organization experiencing exponential growth. You have a successful track record of at least 5 years selling software development services to other firms. You are an expert networker who builds credibility quickly. You think outside the box and realize that the whole of the team is greater than the sum of its parts. If this describes you, we need to talk.

COMPENSATION
This is a temporary to permanent role, beginning with a generous commission-only schedule. Qualified applicants who meet/exceed their annual business quota will be offered permanent roles as VPs of Client Development with the ability to progress into more senior roles as Amplifi Labs continues its growth trajectory.
