Free Senior Firmware Engineer

Description:
• Work with the Lead Firmware Engineer and product management
• Responsible for driving the development of firmware for proprietary hardware devices
• Lead workflow resolution and automate the process by routing information to queues for flexible management of exceptions
• Create IoT products for building management
Requirements:
• 4+ years of professional experience in Firmware Development in C and C++
• Other designed languages include Python, Bash, Shell, Scripting, VHDL, Verilog
• Experience designing, architecting, coding, and testing of embedded firmware projects
• Hands-on experience with developing firmware for low power battery-powered IoT Devices
• Ability to develop code on ARM Microcontrollers (ie: Atmel, Nordic, ST, PIC, SiLabs, TI)
• Experience in RF protocols (like Zigbee, Bluetooth and 900 MHz mesh network)
• Previous HVAC/Controls experience is a plus
• Expertise in analog and digital hardware is a plus
• Familiarity with IoT platforms, evolving communication standards and sensors
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (required)
