Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the salon team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to diversify and enhance the salon's nail model offerings.
• Train and mentor salon staff in new and innovative nail techniques, ensuring consistent high-quality service.
• Actively participate in the creation and development of unique nail designs, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including client appointments, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and grow a loyal client base.
• Support the growth of the salon by actively participating in marketing and promotional activities.
• Take the lead in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members.
• Contribute to the development of the salon's "Nails Box," a curated collection of nail products and designs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager, with a focus on creativity and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to create diverse and unique nail models.
• Passion for training and developing the skills of salon staff.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a nail tech role is highly desirable.
• NVQ Level 5 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred (but not essential).
• Familiarity with industry trends and a commitment to staying current with new techniques.
• Ability to contribute to the development and enhancement of the salon's "Nails Box."
• Bilingual English – Vietnamese is an advantage.
