Residential Care Workers

Multiple Opportunities Available
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
Serving meals and helping residents with eating
Monitoring residents for any changes in their health or behaviour and reporting to the nursing staff
Assisting residents with mobility and transferring
Ensuring resident safety and following all health and safety protocols
About You:
Cert III in Individual Support (Aged)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to apply safe manual handling practices
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Police Clearance
Current First Aid/ CPR certification or willing to obtain
