Remote Senior Systems Administrator needs 10+ years as a Systems Administrator
Remote Senior Systems Administrator requires:
• Logistics experience
• Project management required
• Retail experience
• Hands on system experience; issue logging and tracking and communicating with stakeholders
• System testing
• Trade compliance (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus

Remote Senior Systems Administrator duties:
• Assist with application deployments and on-boarding
• Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
• Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
• Compile & present benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
• Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
• Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
• Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution
