Eminent Royalty LLC is seeking a recruiter with both in-depth and industry-specific expertise to join our growing company. The successful candidate will be personally responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in high-level positions. The right individual will be able to analyze resumes, set up interviews with candidates, and conduct interviews (Phone & Video).

The Ideal Candidate:

You are an independent (freelance) recruiter
You are a professional with full cycle recruiting experience
You are a self starter and a go getter
You are acceptable of working 100% commission based (1099)
You have a flexible schedule
You are committed to working on requisitions in a timely manner
You are committed and acceptable to the jobs given to you by Eminent Royalty LLC
You are thorough and detailed orientated
You are effective in communicating with potentials candidates and Eminent Royalty LLC
You are okay and comfortable with working on more than one role at a time
You are effective with time management

Responsibilities:

Identify clients needs and analyze specific job requirements
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of job requisitions
Implement sourcing strategies and identify potential candidates (or search for talent)
Keep open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment phase until that candidate is successfully placed
Arrange and conduct interviews via (phone and video) in different time zones according to Eminent Royalty LLC policies
Supply daily notes and progress updates to Eminent Royalty LLC
Attend weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams with Eminent Royalty LLC

What is needed to work with Eminent Royalty LLC

You will be provided with software to perform your job
Attending a one day orientation is required to begin your contract with Eminent Royalty LLC

You will be provided with requisitions to begin working on
This is not a cold calling contract position, so no business development required

Once you have chosen the right candidate for the requisition you will provide them to Eminent Royalty LLC and we will shortlist them based on their skills and resume along with additional notes from the interview you conducted
