Free Production Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of maintenance work. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality standards.

• Lead a team of 20-25 crew members, providing supervision and guidance.

• Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of work within budgeted hours.

• Collaborate with clients to assess needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory and order necessary materials and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of projects, expenses, and employee performance.

• Act as the snow regional area manager during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation Annual Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience. ($65,000-80,000)
