Free Pest Management Control Operators

Bee Gone Termite & Pest Control is seeking Pest Management Control Operators/Technicians for a buy office based out of Toms River NJ. Open 7 days a week, but flexible with hours. No experience necessary, will train the right motivated candidate.
Requirements
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to communicate effectively with customers
• Valid driver’s license. Having your own truck is a big bonus
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Physical requirements of this role include standing, walking, climbing, lifting, bending, reaching, crawling, squatting, and moving around.
Specific Duties
• Work closely with residents and supervisors at multi-family housing to tackle pest problems and put our customer’s minds at ease
• Will learn to identify pest problems and recommend pest control
• Communicate procedures, sanitation, and structural corrections
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain vehicle and all equipment at a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance
• Complete all paperwork accurately and timely
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
