Hours: Monday - Thursday 3PM-8PM and Saturday 9:30AM~6PM (optional)

Pay: $13-$15/hour plus $20 for every service call booked

Job Description:
We are a growing In-Home Service Provider looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Duties:
-Manage calls with a focus on a large amount of outbound calls, in a timely manner
-Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
-Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
-Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
-Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
-Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a customer support role
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-High school degree

Mid State Plumbing and Heating is looking to build our service division and are in need for a customer service representative to help grow that department!

Part Time: 20-28.5 hours per week

-Answering phone
-Track calls and call conversation ratio
-Make happy calls
-Confirm appointments
-Outbound calling (make about 200 calls/day)
-Assist with admin duties

Preferred Qualifications:
-Microsoft Office
-Previous outbound calling experience
-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
-Likes talking on the phone
-High School Degree
