Created & developed MSD 365 custom web pages to plug into out-of-the-box MS CRM solution using HTML.
Created several plug-ins and workflows for enhancing the system and maintain data integrity.
Worked on HTML, CSS and XML.
Experienced in creating CRM sitemap and handled deployments using Azure Devops and Solution/Data Exports & Imports.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required.
Perform analysis, design and implementation of CRM components.
Perform Deployment from lower environment to higher.
Analyzing the defects and their impact, proposing workaround solutions for issues.
Excellent communication skills.
