Free Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Maintain HR systems, reporting, and compliance documentation
• Support employee engagement, training, and culture initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5–7+ years of US HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Experience handling employee relations and compliance independently
Preferred
• The Chinese language is preferred to communicate with the China team
• Multi-state HR experience and vendor coordination
