A strong product mindset
A track record of shipping products and going through the full product development cycle
Experience across the entire stack, from backend to frontend
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to attract top technical talent and lead them e
effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a startup environment, building products from 0 to 1
