Seeking well spoken, driven and organized professional with a background in customer service or sales who can coordinate all order-related activities from receipt of information and material through delivery.


Interface with customers, as directed by the Sales or Field Service Representative

Support all aspects of order entry, including finalization of specifications, determination of product requirements, selection repair or replace methods, interfacing with parts suppliers for scheduling, order data entry, order tracking and expediting and problem resolution.

Resolution of customer problems, including incompatible parts, consumable supplies, emergency service calls, and other issues.

Interface with outside vendors and subcontractors as required to meet the specific needs of customers.

Vendor selection, pricing preparation, order entry, and issuance of purchase orders.

Liaison between customer, sales and maintenance and calibration service teams.
