Position: Customer Service Rep
We are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Representatives. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, listen carefully to understand their unique situations and concerns, and educate them on available solutions designed to meet their specific needs. You will guide them through the process of selecting and enrolling in appropriate programs, building lasting relationships based on trust and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate contact and engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone or video conferencing to understand client circumstances and objectives.

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and support.
Stay informed about program details, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training.
Utilize CRM software effectively to manage client interactions and track progress.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-discipline, and ethical conduct.
