Position: Customer Service Rep

Initiate contact and engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone or video conferencing to understand client circumstances and objectives.

Guide clients through the application and enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and support.
Stay informed about program details, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training.
Utilize CRM software effectively to manage client interactions and track progress.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-discipline, and ethical conduct.
