Free Commissioning Agent

The Commissioning Agent will be responsible for managing and overseeing the commissioning process for new construction or renovation projects. This role ensures that all systems meet design specifications and functional requirements, providing a high level of technical oversight and support.

Skills
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex system issues
Detail-oriented with strong technical proficiency
Flexibility in handling changing project scopes
Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written
Extensive knowledge of HVAC and/or controls systems
Familiarity with Energy Management Control Systems/Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Cx Alloy, Bluebeam
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the commissioning process for projects
Create, review, and maintain detailed commissioning documentation
Conduct rigorous testing of various building systems
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, architects, and contractors
Investigate and troubleshoot system performance issues
Provide training to maintenance personnel and building operators
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Registered Commissioning Agent preferred
Experience in project management and previous commissioning roles
Engineering background or experience is a plus
Sales/business development experience is a nice-to-have
