Key Responsibilities:
The role requires you to:
• Contribute for the business growth , identifying new opportunities and provide key inputs for overall business development
• Understand the market and industry well enough to identify new clients and establish business relationships
• Showcase client’s business potential and market presence
• Establish relationships with both prospects and clients
• Build a repository of knowledge on the each client to tailor RFQs.
• Review of RFQs to ensure detail and accuracy.
• Ensure the delivery of reports (weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly), so that the client has an overview of the results obtained in required period, basis the business proposal
• Inform management and client success when there is client dissatisfaction / risk of cancellation of services;
• Track progress and project plans to ensure early intervention and escalation should any issues arise
• Negotiate contracts and commercials.
• Provide efficient customer service and support.
• Develop and implement processes to improve the quality of service provided to client
• Leadership of any internal initiatives or process reviews as required to service the account.
• Ability to work with offshore and cross-border teams, acting as a key interface
• Nurturing junior members of the team.
• Manage and lead the operations team to achieve objectives, focusing on continued development :
• Identify capacities and deficiencies and draw up a development plan when necessary;
• Manage operational needs and requirements to develop customized reports and analytics with the technology team;
• Develop and implement processes and KPIs to measure the performance team productivity and the level of service of media providers;
• Identify and implement internal process improvement;
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to deliver companywide initiatives
• Review ongoing projects to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and guide team about compliance from an industrial standpoint.
• Manage local media providers and sales quotation;
• Proactively look for patterns that provide opportunity to grow together
Job requirements

• Minimum qualifications of Bachelor’s degree.
• A proven track record of growing business from an established client base
• Proven track record of prospecting large and mid-size companies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leading and managing a team
• Understanding of PR / Marketing Communications requirements and crafting solutions accordingly.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Needs to be well-versed in solution and consultative selling
