Free Business Analyst

Location : Tallahassee, FL (On-site working- Local preferred)Duration : Long
Term Contract

Duties
1.Communicating issues to other employees and management2.Develop business
relationships to make sure IT objectives align and support business objectives.
3.Occasional travel to the other sites within Florida to complete any necessary
IT support work.4.Manage, lead and support teams responsible for building and
maintaining the FGCC?s Enterprise solutions.5.Support implementation teams
6.lead teams/provide support to teams responsible for the development,
updating, security of FGCC?s and team.7.Provide business analyst services and
participate in the governance processes.8.Provide business analyst support and
develop documentation for implementation of new applications or modifications
of current applications.9.Implement strategy, documentation and processes to
address new functionality.10.Assist with change control, organizational change
management and communications11. Develop business relationships to make sure IT
objectives align and support business objectives.

1.Demonstrates, models and reinforces the Commission's fundamental values of

2.Provides high quality and professional customer service3.Maintains high
quality documentation4.Coordinates with vendors and service providers to
resolve support issues5.Maintains appropriate documentation to support business
and IT teams
Research and Planning
1.Keeps current with industry trends and practices2.Researches, analyzes,
recommends, designs, tests and implements new technologies and services to
deliver cost-effective and technically efficient solutions3.Assists leadership
in establishing objectives, setting goals and establishing unit priorities
4.Assists leadership on technical and project-specific initiatives5.Work with
project management teams to facilitate large initiative planning and
documentation6.Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Internal Processes & Support
1.Follows all established team processes and procedures2.Facilitates
relationship management efforts3.Develops documentation for support processes,
systems and procedures4.Participates in the change management process5.Tracks
time for Professional Services billing purposes6.Provides support assistance to
internal and external customers7.Maintains security, confidentiality and
availability of systems8.Must be available for on-call and/or overtime duties
as required
