Free BI and Big Data Developer

Position: BI and Big Data Developer
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 Months with possible extension


Roles and Responsibilities

· Develop ETL and ELT processes using various data sources including
from/to SQL and Oracle databases and Apache Spark Data Lake and Delta Lake

· Develop and maintain Python code (PySpark) for Apache Spark data lake
and Delta Lake management and queries

· Create ETL using Python and C#

Required Skills

· Experience in Apache Spark data lake and delta lake development in
PySpark is required

· Strong experience with C# and Python including ETL development
experience

· Experience with Python including PySpark

· Experience coding with T-SQL/SQL

· Experience with SPARK Server and Parque files

· Knowledge of Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, and related technologies

· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

· Knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as Azure and AWS

· In-depth knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle

· Recognizes problems, develops recommendations and solutions within
assigned specialty

· Works independently and follows through on assignments

· Excellent communication skills
