Free Annotators - English (India) - Work from Home

TELUS International is looking for annotators located in India with moderate professional fluency in English for a Web Annotation Project. In this role, contributors will be asked to annotate details about products that are sold online. Most products are attire, shoes, and accessories.

You will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home on a self-directed schedule.

Summary
• Project has already started and will continue throughout the year, until further notice
• Work from home on self-directed schedule
• Requires consistent participation, preferably 20+ hours per week
• Participate in on-going training and skill development, as needed
• Hours per week may vary
• Candidates are not eligible if they are already working on a 20+ hours per week project

Requirements
• 18+ years of age
• Located in the India
• Moderate-professional working proficiency in English. For example: be able to make contributions in work meetings, have conversations with community partners, and carry out all work functions requested of them. A person at this proficiency level can speak at a normal speed in the language and has a fairly extensive vocabulary.
• Passing an additional test after reading and understanding the provided guidelines
• Previous experience with Web Annotation is preferred
• Availability for consistent participation during project timeframe
• Able to manage Chrome webpages and email communications, Windows set up, and Internet connection troubleshooting, have access to a computer with a recent OS.
• Interest and experience in fashion such as men’s and women’s attire, shoes, accessories; online shopping websites; US culture, Social Media and trends
• Detail-oriented and able to follow directions
• Able to apply constructive feedback and able to adapt to a changing environment
• Computer/Laptop Chrome browser and a stable internet connection
