Description: Key Skills/ Qualities

Financial:
Strong quantitative skills (backward looking, projecting, modeling, valuating)

Master fundamentals of Accounting and financial statement analysis
Legal:
Good understanding of legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, concessions, typical bank documents like loan agreements, SBLCs, etc) and technical documents (e.g. engineering feasibility analysis).
Ability to extract necessary information that will be input for Proposals, Presentations, Pitch Books, financial modeling

Major Responsibilities

Financial & Monitoring
Historical: entering historic company data from financial statements, analyzing such data for valuation and financial feasibility purposes.
Projections & Models: projecting company’s financial statements under different scenarios.
Valuation: developing relevant valuation models/tools.
Monitoring:
Financial monitoring of prospects and clients for which there is a live deal -through financial statements, filings and news-
Monitoring of industries and countries/regions where our prospects/clients are taking risk (direct operations, suppliers, customers, planned expansion, other stakeholders) -through news and industry reports-
Alerting management of any material development (adverse and non-adverse) identified above.
Preparation of Offering Documents, Marketing Documents and Proposals
Assist in the preparation of Proposals to prospects and clients, which include Pitch Books and PowerPoint presentations.
Assist in the preparation of Offering Documents: business plan, information memorandum, management presentation, executive summary, financial model (overview and valuation), capital structure, ideal term sheet.
Contribute to the population of Data Rooms, advising stakeholders/deal team when updates or changes have been made.
III. General

Support other due diligence functions (e.g. industry/country research).
Keeping updated list of deal team members and keeping them up to date.
Other duties that may be required to effectively market and/or execute assignments.
